Guys,

I just wanted to know what level would you recommend for my staff, considering that I just started playing and I'm currently in

the second to the last division in my country?

It says in the BB help/guide thread superior levels are highly recommended. But I'd rather get all my staff in advanced level.

What do you think? Post your suggestions here.

This should be in the help forum.
But if you're in division 4, then I'd say lvl 3 doctor, lvl 3 or 4 trainer and lvl 3 PR manager (lvl 3 is competent, lvl 4 is advanced).
