I propose a change in international club competitions.

Currently there is only the B3.

The change I propose is to add a new competition.

This new competition, the runners-up would play the crown of each country and league runners-up.

Instead of making an international competition, I propose that it is a club competition and only be played on every continent.

Currently there are 5 continents: [Europe] [Asia] [Africa] [Americas] [Oceania]

This competition would be disputed in a place any of these countries and raising per game would be similar to the B3:
Money for winning the tie.

If it is preferable to a group stage, would also pearls.

It might even be this global competition by dividing the groups by continent or at random.

Also, could be a group stage in the tournament.

Why could play all the games.

If we tried to do in a global competition, we could not, because too many parties would have to schedule a season of BB.

This would be a good initiative and would not necessarily affect the game at all, just the opposite.

We need some more internacional tournaments. Maybe a continental tournaments where all DI-DII teams not in the B3 can compete. And a domestic tournament for D4 and D5, just to give the lesser teams another tourney as well. It would only help the game.

What about low divisions?
