Is it a good idea to train the same abililty for consecutive weeks? Because i trained for 2 weeks, last week and this week, inside defense for centers and power forwards. I got pops in two players last week, i trained the same players this week and one new player who is 19 years old perinnial allstar, and he got no pops, in fact none of my players got pops. I was wondering if i should train different abilities each week? I was also thinking of training jump shot for team or jump shot for wingmen this week. My rookie center Forest Bowie is improving nicely and was thinking of working on his rebounding if i have time this year, him and Andy Mahon's rebounding.

If the skills that you train then according BB-Edju then training is faster, but if for example you need +2 pop ups on the same skill to round your players skills then no problem. When you train a player his starting skill for example is 7, and after 1 training will be 7.4, but you will see the pop up when he will be 8.+1.

Dont worry and the training is never going wasted.

u21 trainer once said. there is prospects that is trained with 4lvl trainer. but they never made u21 roster. if you're aiming for that, you need at least lvl 5. maybe it's just 4-5 skills over 3 seasons.
