Hi, I was wondering, when you set a super horrible player (like salary under $2000) as the starter and a decent player as the backup for the same position (much better than the super horrible player, the starter), will the horrible starter get less minutes to play??? Ideally speaking, the distribution will be 38 minutes for starter and 12 minutes for backup (as far as i can remember), so will the decent backup get more than 12 minutes (like 20 mnutes) since the starter is horrible???
Thanks,

Ok, so the backup will get more minutes than 12 minutes, since the starter sucks so bad. Ok, thanks.

Ok. I have one of my trainees who's got 33 minutes of training so far this week, so I'm going to see if I can get him to play at least 17 minutes as a backup player, when the starter of the same position is absolutely futile.
