I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself here.

Promote to Division 3 first. Then worry about trying to promote to division 2.

Feedback and ideas can vary much depend on how you are compared to your league and since you're not even in D3 yet, its a bit hard to give you any specific advice.

If you looked at my divsion you would see that I am in a league full of all bots teams... am 19 -0 most of my games I play take it easy and win by at least 20 points. I really don't think am ahead of myself at all as all season I have been preparing for div 3. Also why would I wanna get to div 3 than prepare for it... Have you heard idea of winning games at the start of the season is easier than trying to win them at the end of the season..

Thats great that you are pretty much guaranteed promotion this season into D3 next season. However, D2 is a completely different cup of tea.

Its a bit premature to think about D2 promotion when you don't even know what D3 you will be put in. D3 competition is a lot more difficult than bot competition you've been facing and you will find that some advice that works for some leagues might not be the best way in another league.

I think you should revisit this topic once you've promoted and seen who and what type of competition your D3 league is going to be.

Can someone explain game shape if I can enough players than does it matter. All I have to do is make sure as not over working players correct? I know the take it easy, Crunch time , normal play.

On paper I think I got a pretty good team for div 3 is that am trying to say,

Greggs, Take it easy, Crunch Time, & Normal Play are part of enthusiasm which has nothing to do with impact on game shape whether you take it easy or crunch it. What impacts game shape is the number of minutes your players play in a week, you need to aim between 48-72 minutes with 60 minutes being the optimal amount of minutes a player should play in a week to gain the most out of game shape. game shape is something that factors from the prior week, so if a player has game shape of inept most likely he won't get to proficient which is the highest GS possible in a week. Also there is a random factor so sometimes your players will gain game shape even if you don't play 48-72 minutes and sometimes they even go down even if you get 48-72 minutes.

Also I looked at your team and I agree you got a good team, but even if your team could win the Canada Naismith the rules apply to your like anyone else you promote to the above division and not more. Don't think I'm dissing your team if anything its much more than I can say for most teams in your situation, right now your team looks like a 2nd,3rd seed in division 3 just a notch below being good enough to promote to div 2. I was exactly in the same boat as you my first season where I went undefeated

Am Not saying I want to make it to Naismith I just want to make it to div 2 and stay there for as long as it takes my dream is to make it to div 2 I been in div 3 twice back to back years and I know div 3 is not easy or a cake walk like I have it right now. I don't take your advice as dissing me other than the enthusiasm as I have known that for a long time. Thanks for clearly the game shape up. I think if I can get to the playoffs next year ill be able to put up a fight p;. Thanks everyone maybe it is best to wait to see if I can get lucky in either my draft which is looking about 40/ 60 while getting promoted to a weak div 3 is hard to say.
