I'm looking to move Vernon Partridge and Francisco Candia. I'm curious to know what you all thought of that? Paul Wiles and Matthew Craven can receive valuable training time and Damon Mohr and Titus Harvey can play the starting role if needed at the 4 and 5 spots. I could potentially move Partridge and Candia for roughly 1.8M to 2.0M. I would gain back $100k+ each week that can be used for upgrading my stadium and/or upgrading at the 1,2,3 spot while I groom Partridge and Candia.

What do you guys think? Would you do it? I'm sitting at a little over $340k in my bank right now and losing an average of $5k each week and my team is no more stronger now than it was last season.

Same battle I have with myself regarding Mina.

You have to do what feels right. At the end of the day, do you want to progress or do you want to enjoy the guys you have?

Me... I've got a bid in on Barr right now. Trying to figure out if I can run a 3 headed monster, sell my younger trainees and buy two young big men and still be in D III or if I need to sell Mina too. I think I do.

at some point we all have the same dilemma. it's almost impossible to maintain the same team for a long time given weekly and anually salary increases. It might be the best to retool or rebuild when you feel it's the right time.

form is temporary class is permanent

That's the plan. We're having a hard time getting organized. Does anyone know if he can use the funds I've bid on Barr to place a bid on Mina?

yep sure he can. but if he goes below zero before the transfer is finalised he might have to pay a small interest.

I am also getting to that point with German and Barry. Both are asking large salaries and will be larger end of season one or more will be moving soon.

Yeah, Partridge is projected 77k next season and Candia's drop in salary won't be enough to compensate. I'm not sure if anyone noticed but I had put Partridge up earlier this season on the TL when I put up Gal Veiga Paz. GVP sold but Vernon Partridge didn't garner any interest.

Well, I just rechecked and Partridge is projected $80,644 salary next season. After 14 weeks, I'll have spent $1.13M on Partridge. Candia is projected $48k and after 14 weeks, that's $672,000. Together, that's $1.80M for two players.

Oh yeah, I've just put Candia up on the TL if anyone's interested. I'm going to take the next day or two so I can make a decision on Partridge. After checking his potential salary, I discovered that the negative of keeping Wiles and Craven for training at the Bigs is that he ends up training as well.
