Two games remaining, a couple of relegation racing and playoff seedings up for grabs. The #1 seeds on both sides have been wrapped up for week with Deronimo and Nashville Freaks running away with their respective divisions. I'll be as bold to say that the playoff teams are also decided with Bobo's Playhouse being bot and non-competitive and Hoofhearted Icemelted having a game remaining against Liburn Luchadors and should handle any tiebreaker with Chi Chi Bandits. The two big races are for the 5/6 seed. Does New Orleans Hurricanes catch Chi Chi Bandits? Can NY Wahoos win out and overcome Bobo's?

Then the other races are for the 2- 4 seedings in both divisions. Mathmatically any of the teams can finish 2-4. In the Big 8, indianapolis hawks control their own destiny and have games @ The Manatees and home to Deronimo. Postal host Hoofhearted Icemelted for a big game, then host New Orleans Hurricanes. Hoofhearted travels to walkover Liburn for their final game of the season.

In the Great 8, the Unstoppables stay home for both the NY Wahoos and Googily Dolls. Ambitious and Misunderstood. host #1 Nashvile and Bobo's while Albany Knights travel to Bobo's then host Albany. Do the standings shift at all after the remaining two games?

Any predictions from anyone? What will the final seedings be on each side? Does anyone stop Nashville and Deronimo from marching through to the finals? Who will be playing in the NBBA next season?

Final series is going to be between Nashville and Deronimo. I hold the 2nd seed right now but Postal has a better shedule (2 home games) It's hard to predict the 5-6 race.

On the other side of the bracket, Unstoppables and Ambitious & Misunderstood are likelyto win their remaining games, so I guess 1-4 standings are all set.

Never count out Postal, I was the 4th seed last season in DIII! :)

I think the final standings will be exactly as they are now, except for Postal overtaking indianapolis hawks for the 2-seed.

Postal will have a chance against Deronimo in the Big 8 Final, based on the head-to-head result from this past Tuesday. I don't see my squad getting knocked off with the rosters as they stand now, but I'm pretty sure Unstoppables still has a bunch of cash in the bank. Do they go for broke now? Recent acquisitions of young guards with high potential suggest maybe they're taking more of a long-term look instead.

Will anyone else make a major acquisition before the transfer deadline? Less than a full seven days to go.

Ditto.

Was not paying attention enough and did not realize the significance of my match with A&M.

I agree with everyones assessment. I'm pretty sure it's going to be Deronimo and Nashville in the finals. I dont see anyone beating either team. I had the closest chance of possibly stopping Nashville, but once HCA went out the window well, so did my hopes.
I give the title this season to Nashville.

And yea I got a few bucks in the bank still but I'm saving for salary increases. Hopefully I can afford my team and not have to sell anybody. Virgil is probably gonna have a high salary.
But both trainees I picked up will serve me very well for the long term. Hopefully not too long though

And speaking of end of year stuff. MVP favorites?

Based on how I think the voting works (sort of like Heisman, best player on the best teams), I'd say it's between Tobias Ratinho from my team and Alf Reinertsen from the Freaks. Kanelakis could be a dark horse for Postal.

I agree that Ratinho-Reinertsen will likely finish 1-2, in that order.

I think it depends on who wins it all.
