Our manager havent been connected for a long period and our team is doing realy bad. how could we change him?

I think, that you have to wait for next season, when regular elections will be held.

Your NT manager has choosen bad time for inactivity. If he was botified before this season starts, you will have new elections before this season. Now you just have to wait. Sorry.
