Wil allstar player meet a cap at 50000??
In a website , i saw that allstar player's cap is $ 43,000 ~ 65,000. So unlikely, will the player meet a cap at 43000 to 50,000?

That estimate is just a very vague estimate. There are sub-levels of skills involved and the cap is actually based of skills not salary. Salary is also based off skills so there is a strong link but it can vary. I have also seen players (not just all-star*) way above the expevted cap.

But when the skill increase , then , the salary will follow up..
So now that is a following question. Can i make a guy like this for allstar?
Jump Shot: wondrous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: prominent
Driving: wondrous Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding:strong Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: pitiful
