In normal training its ideal that player plays about 75 minutes for game shape to go up. Of course there is always random.

May question is what if one trains game shape and player plays more than ...lets say 90 minutes, is he going to increase his game shape? Of course we are not counting random here. Is there a rule abut this?

First of all, I think if a player plays 75 minutes, I think that's little too much. I always aim for my players to have played between 60 to 70 minutes. I don't really know what is the best, but I think the general concensus in BB is around 60 minutes???
I've never trained GS in my BB career, so I can't really answer your question. But probably his GS will at least stay at where it is (don't think it will improve but who knows). If it decreases despite having GS trained, it's pretty much worthless and nobody would use it. I hear that quite many managers train GS during the PO time so that their players' GS could be as high as possible.

OK, I am wrong with 75.
I also didnt train GS ever, so thats why I ask. I would be pleased that GS stays the same.

Anyone?

depends on the game shape he have before, but in the normal range a gs down is likely with 90 minutes.

Do you have to directly train game shape for over 60 minutes, in order for his game shape to increase? For example, if your training in something elese like outside defense or something, and the player gets 60 minutes or so, can his game shape increase? Or do you have to train actual game shape?

I think more often than not, this is the case...but i had a weird thing happen this past week...One of my players had 90 minutes last week, and his DMI almost doubled, and his game shape went from 7 to 8. I was not expecting that at all, in fact I was bracing for him to drop to 6. Total fluke, but wheww!! :-) I'll take it! (By the way, I did NOT train Game Shape)

No, as long as you are giving your players the proper number of minutes they will rise, though randomly they will fall when they have strong or proficient. If you are giving them proper minutes they should start to fluctuate between respectable to proficient.
