I am in league V right now, but am in the semi-finals. And I was seeing if this PG below is good for league IV.

Oh yeah, more than respectable would probably be one of the top PGs in your league.

Most definitley, he's better than my pg and I'm one of the top teams in my D.IV league

So I would take that as a yes? lol

And yes my GS and Enthusiasm is great.

I think it is funner to start out in league V and work your way up. It would be boring if I started in league III.

I would prefer every single one of the players I am not training to be 27-31. Experience is huge. Who cares if he has to rotate players in 2-3 seasons. That works out just fine as he upgrades his players. Trust me, you won't keep all of the same players forever. In fact, you will probably part with one or two guys on your team now that you are absolutely sure you will keep forever.

Just cause he gets older doesn't mean his salary is going to increase... And even so, even if he is getting training, it isn't substantial. So it will only be like 1-2k salary increase..
