is passing and handling important for my big men in a motion offense? i have some veteran big men n my PF has respectable in handling & passing and got 9 assists. so is passing and handling that critical for big men in motion?

"Motion: Motion focuses on the outside and mid-range game and it has a normal pace. With this offense, the majority of the shots will be taken by the guards and small forward."
