Wanted to join a new one but just realized that the inactive one I'm in right now ends March 4th. Is there any way to join two at once or back out of this one? :(

There is not, once you commit, and the private league starts, you may not join another until your private league ends, or you have been eliminated from the playoffs of your current PL.
