I am playing a team that beat me during the regular season on his homecourt by 7, and now he has HCA in the finals. I need to know if I should take it easy in the first game or try and win the first game. It is going to be tough to beat him period, I know I am the underdog, but what would you suggest.

I'll look into it. I am currently struggling with the same situation. My opponent has HCA and a much better team, but I have way better game shape and enthusiasm because I played playoff normal all throughout playoffs.

Definitely CT 1st game. You will have to beat him on his Home court once. I think It's worth noting that the only two games he lost were when the opponent used an inside focused offense (even against a 2-3 zone). He changes up his offenses, so The defense is up to you. I was thinking that maybe M&M with your best defender on his 50k would be your best bet.

It really is a tough call. Right now your gameshape is pretty stellar, not going to get much better next week. I think it depends on if you think you can beat him with a Normal at home in game 2. That would give you a great enthusiasm jump for game 3, which might give a better chance at victory than you'd have in game 1.

Your enthusiasm is probably really high right now, which means your enthusiasm is going to drop fast, so unless you can normal game 2 and win, I'd probably go for game 1 instead of waiting. Unless he plays CT in every match you won't get an enthusiasm advantage series by playing a Normal in the first game. If I were him I'd probably play CT, Normal, CT. But who really knows. No matter what you choose it's going to be a gamble.

If it were my decision, unless you can win game 2 with a normal, I'd probably go CT, CT, CT. But there really is no wrong answer.

i tried it the last time with CT- norm - CT, and still thinking that this is the best Chanche even when you are risking game three with this strategie. If you win the first one try CT-CT ;)
