Can some one help me or explain how to expand my arena i have read so many guides but still don't understand how to. This is like my 5th season playing and never thought that my arena was important but when i saw how i was losing money for buying players with high salary i started to think about my arena i currently have 1,700,000 and my team rebuilding is going well but expanding my arena would be a really big accomplishment plz can someone help

First off, WOW. I am amazed at your amount of money and also at your small arena. What amazes me even more is that you were able to get that much money from such a tiny arena and support good enough players to be the # 1 seed in your division.

Along with your arena being to small, your prices are way too high, so much so that your current arena isn't selling out. Two additional goals along with winning the championship this next season should be to build a solid expansion of your arena and to find the right price that will give you 90-95% full on each seats.

These are my recommended changes: This can be a goal throughout the year or you can build it all immediately.
Bleachers: Build 2500 and set the new price to $14* (for a total of 7000 seats)
[Cost $500,000]
REASON: These are the tradition money makers. It's very important to fiddle around
with the prices till you reach the right one. I recommend $14 because your current price
of $20 is way to high for D.IV and despite you winning the majority of your games could
not sell out 4500 seats.

Lower Tier: Build 550 and set the new price to $45* (for a total of 1000 seats)
[Cost $385,000]
REASON: These seats are also based on winning and losing games. I recommend $45
because despite winning your games you didn't come close to selling out till playoffs with
your current price of $70.

Courtside Seats: Build 150 and set new price to $100* (for a total of 200 seats)
[Cost $300,000]
REASON: These seats are not so based on winning and losing games. I recommend $100
because you were selling out of these seats with the price set at $100 so we will see if
that price can fill 200 seats.

Luxury Boxes: Build 10 and set the new price to $600* (for a total of 10 seats)
[Cost $160,000]
REASON: These seats are also not based on winning and losing games. I
recommend $600 because its division IV and the higher the division the more these
seats get sold, so its better to start small and work up with these seats. 10 new seats
should be fine for now.

This expansion project carries the total cost of $1,345,000
If tried to accomplish a in one day the construction would take roughly 20 days.

*These suggested prices are not necessarily the absolute best price to keep your seats at, but merely an estimate to help you know were you stand. If with these recommended seat prices you are still selling out, set them higher. If they are not selling enough, set them lower. Remember that each seating area needs to be evaluated separately when determining the seat pricing or expansion of the arena.

Just for clarification, I told him he could do either or. Building it all at once would actually save time. Because building it all at once would take 20 days.

Building each area separately would take this long:
Bleachers - 16 days
Lower tier - 9 days
Courtside - 7 days
Luxury Boxes- 6 days

Splitting it it 4ths would be 9 days. 9 x 4 = 36 days

I do understand what you are trying to say though, and there are situations to do both.

I think this was wonderful advice and I gave the poster +1! However I will say one thing. If you spend slightly less and keep the prices slightly higher you get your money back in revenue faster. For example if you build 1 luxury box for $16000 and charge $1600 per game then it will take 10 hone games to make your money back. If instead you build 2 luxury boxes at a total cost of $32000 and have to charge only $800 a home game to fill them then it will take 20 home games to make your money back. There is something to be said for a small, high priced, 99% sold out arena.
