Hey I was thinking of starting a thread in BB Global that people could post the kind of players they were looking to buy. That way sellers could look at the players needed and send BB-Mails to potential buyers... would the GM's allow a thread like this or would it be against the rules of players on the transfer list?

No, we would not. Transfer ads (to buy or to sell) are not allowed in the public forums.
