after the draft is done is there a way to specifically look back on it and see where I had each person ranked. I didnt do a lot of scouting this year as I only have 2 players potentials unlocked and about 6 players ratings unlocked so I would like to look back and see how lucky or unlucky I am with the remainder of the players in the draft that are unscouted.

No you can only see where they had there picks ranked. Although you can figure out some of it if you know age, height, star and potential ratings.

So in other words if you go back and you had the 8th pick and got your 2nd preference, and you go back to your draft list, you should be able to find which player was your #1, and the team he went to.

Press "Print Screen" on your keyboard and paste it into Paint, Word oder some other program.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
