Does anyone elese loose money the day of the financial update? I lost money again today from my weekly average, and don't know what to do to start making money again, early last season i was actually making money.

Well, your main source of income should be your attendance income. During the weeks with no home matches, it's not a surprise that you'll lose money, is it?

Anyway, next season that's a smaller problem because you won't pay salaries in weeks without matches.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

The staff salaries increase each week; you could try to find some staff members that have the same lvl, with lower salaries (if you can buy them at a lower price). And since you're in a lower division, you should invest everything you can in your arena, as that's your main source of income. As you'll promote in later seasons, you'll be forced to invest more in players, so you'll remain with little to pour in your arena.

Well you should definitely increase the ticket prices for your Arena, but I see you've already figured that out.
You should check the typical prices of teams in your same division in order to get a feel for the best prices you can set. Ideally, you should aim to sell about 90% of the places in your arena, unless you're planning to expand. If you sell more than that, then you're probably not optimizing the total income. Remember: crowd attendance has no influence on your team's performance, home court advantage will be the same regardless of how many people are watching the game.

Is there any way to increase the money you make from merchandise?

The best way is to have as many all native players as possible. In addition, if any are your draftees, then there is a bonus there. Furthermore, if any are NY players, then your merchandise will get an additional boost.

This seems to be a typo, i bet he meant "NT"-players. Players on national teams give you a small bonus (few k dollar a week) to your merchandise income.

The draftees are always native.
