Is it important to have average/respectaple stamina? most (almolst all players) of my players have awful/atrocious stamina. If I train stamina for a few weeks, will it make my players much better, is it worth it?

Stamina trains 1-2 weeks, most my players staminas are around Inept and medicore, I've read places where it sais if their stamina is low and if you play them too much in a game there results will not come out good...And they will not play as efficiently as they can... Im not too sure about stamina but thats what I've read, all I know is that they will Pop in 1-2 weeks.. ;)

If your concerned about the strength of your team more than training to sell a player then i say train it. Stamina doesnt sell on a player like most other skills would, but it essentially makes the skills of your players better. It also is great for playing well at the end of games. Stamina (and experience) is usually the skill that causes most 4th quarter comebacks.

i tend to let my lineups choose when to train stam
say you have a huge drop off between your starters and your bench in skill
that will typically mean that ur bench will get less minutes in the game and make your starters less effective because they will get tired

but that is just my opinion

i tend to value both about the same stam or ft
a game clinched by made fts feels good, but then again if your players hadnt tired u may have won it without needing the freethrow :)
