The screen is up now where you can choose how many you want each week but everytime I change mine it goes back to 0 and it doesnt show the points I paid for last week. Any clue when this may be resolved?

The same thing is happening to me. But I'm not really worried, it should be fixed soon. Don't wowwy about it (although I'm speaking with uncertainty, but I trust BB :P).
