As there is no response in NT forum I put it here.

From the rules:
Europe Schedule: There are 48 teams in BuzzerBeater Europe. The 48 teams are drawn into six groups, with three groups containing seven teams and three groups containing eight teams. Each group will play a round robin from Week 2 to Week 8. The top two teams will advance into two second-round groups of six, with no teams from the same 1st Round group drawn into the same 2nd round group. Results will not carry forward from the 1st Round to the 2nd Round. These groups play a round robin from Week 9 to Week 13. The top two from each group play in the semifinals in Week 14 and finals the Friday of Week 14. The two finalists qualify for the World Championships. The remaining two semifinalists as well as both teams finishing third in a second-round group qualify for the Second Chance Qualifiers.


According to this rules there should be in Second Chance Qualifiers from Europe:
Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Srbija
But there are:
Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Slovakia

i'm unsure about it, but maybe it has something to do with this: (170189.1)

if not, then i wouldn't be able to explain what went wrong. i only noticed that the U21 coach is the guy who got 3 votes and ended 4th in your U21 election, and then i stumbled upon that...

i'm no BB/GM, so all i can do is guess for the reason, but their might be a connection, as the GM mentions that it is a major blow to your National teams, so i guess the entire community got punished for it...

But if it's the case, why there is Slovakia instead of Czech republic, which was 4th in Serbija group?

This will be fixed soon. Be patient.

you can't be serious. Those games are played in Monday, it is a group competition, things like nethusiasm reset and scouting through NT comes into play and it should be expected teams would agains whom they will play (especially non-european teams in that group). This should be solved as a priority, you could upset whole communities with that, so there is nothing to be patient about.

There is no relation between the case in the link and the situation in the NT competitions. Any problem there is a bug.
