I had the last pick in this past draft and got 3 outstanding 18yos. the problem is im training guards and two of them are powerforwards. i though about training them in guard skills to turn them into potentially smallforwards but the problem is i would have too many trainees. What should i do with them? my other trainees, besides the 18yo sg i drafted, are 19,20,21,21......should i sell these powerforwards, or train them, or sell one and train the other and if so then who?

These are Power Forwards now, but they are great SF trainees. Single-Position train them in OD until prolific and JR until strong, and proceed rounding out their guard skills until your third trainee (who should be a guard) is finished training. Then single-Position train IS and ID for one season, and cap them off by training some Rebounding, Driving and JS
