Which tactic would be best for my team if I have 3 good guards and not so good big men. I usually make the SF a guard.
My guards are the key point of my team.

I'd advise a slow-paced outside offense. While Princeton involves your big men to some degree, Motion largely ignores them. RnG means more missed shots, so you'd be outrebounded more easily.
