Didnt we used to be able to change seat prices more than once a season? I just took a look at it says the next change is 4.23.2011 which i believe is the end of the season.

It changes after the 7th league game as well

Well this is a bug. I'm sure there's already a thread about this in the bug forum. This happened last season too. I don't think you need to worry much, BB will fix it soon.
