You have a nice big-man there! But I don't like his atrocious passing and pitiful handling. Well I think you could do 2 weeks of ID, 2 weeks of RB and 2 weeks of IS, and repeat this procedure (unless your team lacks in...say rebounding and you want to train rebounding first). But you need to train stamina as well as passing sometimes.
Atrocious stamina will significantly worsen his performance in the 4th quarter + he will not get many minutes as a starter, so train stamina for at least 2 weeks sometime this season (perhaps 1 during the all star week and 1 during the playoff).
Passing for C is not as important when it comes to inside oriented offense but it will be important when it comes to putside oriented offense. But anyway you should train passing too (to at least inept).

According to the chart I follow, he could cap as low as 43k.
But a player at that salary could still be sold for almost 2 million.
So he is a great player!

Do you think he has alot of potential?
He has a good potential, there's no doubt about that.
You don't have to stick to my advice, I'm sure other experts will give you some more advice. Just use the one that you think will suit your player the best.

You'll get his inside skills to triple tremendous, then sell him for 800k..Or you can sell him right away..

He is 2.21m...It's not that easy to train secondaries at this height..

Some Passing and JS would be ok because they aren't affected by height so he wouldn't suffer too much training them.
