I'm training centers and power forwards this week, but these two players are my main trainees for the next several weeks. The first player got 48 minutes, but the 2nd player got fouled out right after he got 47 minutes. These players are not good rebounders, only around 6 or 7 a game i think.

To be honest I think the salaries are to low to bother with these two. But if you do plan on training them bump their inside defense to strong AT LEAST, and then just raise ID RB and IS, this would be a long project to make these two worth something.

They're both prety weak, but if you really want to train them then I suggest you to start with ID and then get to RB, latter IS and then, maybe train JS.

Do not train them, period. If you desperately want to train them, I'd advice you to train only the first player. Second player is just horrible. C with atrocious rebounding is like SG with atrocious JS. Just fire the second player and get a better trainee (did I advice you to do that in another thread???)

Well, i think they're rookies and i got them because of their potential. I'd really like to develop these players, i can't really sell them because i'd have only two big men left. I got these players to fill my holes at the center position. I'm going to enjoy the challenge of training these two players, i don't think they're that bad.

They don't have many good skills, but they're 18 and 19, I like challenges, and these two players will definitely be a challenge to develop. I just mainly want them to have good skills in inside def, rebounding and inside shot, especially inside def.

I also have another player that i'd like to train, but i don't know if he's worth training.

Juan Manuel Calvo
Age:18
Potential:star
Height:6'10
Gameshape:respectable
Jump shot:respectable
Outside def:respectable
Driving:mediocre
Inside shot:pitiful
Stamina:Mediocre
Jump range:awful
Handiling:awful
Passing:Mediocre
Inside def:inept
Shot blocking:inept
Free throw:strong
Experience:atrocious
Weekly salary:$3,520

He's a small forward, but i'd like his starting position to be a power forward, what do you think?

He sure has PF height, but his inside skills are quite bad for a young PF. And I don't even know his rebounding skill... Plus, his potential is rather low.

If you want to train him as a PF, you'll need to train inside skills for at least two seasons - and then he might already be close to capping.

That guy won't be a PF , only a SF. Hs insde shot is tooow. Just tran him to be a tall SF, respectable OD and JS is a good start.

Check the Suggestions they are important

I think you should NEVER train a player with salary less than 3500!! They arent worth being trained. Look for 18 year old bigs with at least a salary of 3500 and a potential of 4 or higher (potential doesnt affect training speed. Just how good he can be at the end).
You should find such guys easily on the Tl for around 30000

Dont bother training you 2 guys!!
