I've been trying various tactics, but can't seem to find one that suits my team.

My best inside player is a center with prolific inside scoring. Then I have a shooting guard with proficient/proficient JS/JR and a small forward with marvelous JS, strong JR.

So the problem is that with "balanced" offenses at any pace, one of the wing players takes all of the shots and the center is lucky to score 10 points. When I use an outside offense, the wing players score well, but also ignore the center. When I try an inside offense, the center scores a bit more, but my PF (who was a weak shooter and has been replaced) would take 80% of the inside shots and the wing players disappear.

Essentially I'm looking for an offense that will start inside with the center and then kick out for jump shots. Seems logical enough but nothing seems to work that way consistently.

If you want to center your offense around your center, why not try the new tactic "inside isolation"?

If your C has good passing, try either Inside Isolation or Princeton.
