No I have not been fired yet...

In an effort to have continued interest in the NT and allow more members of the community to have significant involvement, we are hiring. No experience nesseccary! We will be looking to hire for three particular positions to start, but are not closed to other options.

Scouts- I would like to have a couple of domestic scouts and a couple of international scouts. The primary role will be "scouting" of course, which will include looking for trends or situation the player excel's at.

Beat reporters or Writer- I am not 100% sure how this would work but it is being done by other National Programs and seems to have a fair bit of success. The writers needs to have a flair for the dramatic and an interest in creating intriguing story lines that people can follow. They can write about games, player profiles and other things around Canada. This may be thru a blog, twitter or just news releases here.

Publlic Relations- A group of people thats entire goal is to create activity and buzz around the NT and U21 team. This will be a role that focuses on the Canadian community and getting people involved. Some of the ideas for this will be contests that predict score, over/under, or player match ups.

I am going to look into some sort of rewards program or prize for the top contributors, but am usure what it will be at this point.

As an added incentive GM-RiP is has offer to post any good writings on the News page so that it can only be seen by Canadians managers :)

Please contact me via BB mail or here with any questions or suggestions in regards to above post.

Edit to add a list of NT- Staff

Scouts-
Bballin (33480)
zmtomako (33584)

Beat reporters or Writer-

Publlic Relations-
Greerzilla (25108)
O-Rod (24963)

More details will be added to the roles as people determine what exactly they want to do to help

Does the Canadian NT want my help? Seems the US is mostly full as far as scouts and whatnot, hard to get into it.

I will be frank. You have made a very difficult situation for your self, by failing to realize the serious nature of you previous attempt to share tactical info with another country. I would love to offer you something that has more meaning or influence, but for now I think you need to focus on making ammends for what happened previously. Not only with me but with the rest of the Canadian community.

I encourage you to remain active in the Canadian community and please understand the position I am in.

PM also sent.
