I've seen an amazing support on these boards! Thank you everyone!
I'm training 6 guys with level 4. One of them is this future PF.
My question is: can I afford to train him in outside skills for 2 seasons and then go over to his mains or is he potential too low for that?

There are many salary calculators, but I think the salary calculator in http://www.buzzer-manager.com/index.php is the most accurate one for me.

be careful with that. I think its been said that potential takes into account skills, not salary, which makes salary a really rough estimate. Small Forwards, who are extremely well rounded in all skills, usually have a lower Salary than other elite players at positions because they dont usually have a couple skills that are huge, rather, have many decent skills. So a PF, which will be well rounded, according to the original posters idea of training guard skills for 2 seasons, the player will have many decent skills, but should cap at a much lower salary.

Someone please correct me if im wrong.
