Quick question here. In what area should I focus when training my 18 yo's? I have 5 18 yo's (one for every position). How can I get them to be great players in a long term??

I'm training by position. I'm only doing team training for a few areas.

could we perhaps see these five young guys?

generally, it is a good idea to train only one or two neighboring positions (Guards, Forwards, Center) on single or double position training and filling the rest of the roster with cheaply bought veterans (28+) from the market.

Decide weather you want to train gaurds or big men. Then get at least 2 good big men, and train them for a few seasons. Do not swich players to train during the season.
