Given up on Rainey? Want to make a Gardner
With big men it's a rotation of IS/ID/Reb but if I were you I'd mix in some passing or Rainey will never get the ball back if those two want to pass out of the paint.

What I did with Gardner is IS pop, then ID pop, then Reb pop. And yeah passing is good.

I can confirm this.
My passing training for my bigs was:
2 weeks when trainees 18y, result: 2 pop and 1 pop
5 weeks when trainees 21y, result: 2 pop each
Total 7 weeks: +4 and +3 passing
