Hey all,

I just wanted to sincerely thank each and every one of you who helped me during my tenure as the New Zealand National Team manager. I had a blast! I never thought I would have a chance to get the job in the first place, much less last 6 seasons!

I'm really proud of how this community has become much tighter since I first started. Between the "Training" thread and the NT discussions and all the BB-mails I received, you guys have really progressed and I think the future is very bright for the growth of New Zealand BB. The NT and U21 will get better every year with more managers and better training regimens, I've seen it first-hand.

You're in great hands with Sammy taking over for me. I have lots of confidence that he'll continue to grow the team and connect with all the Kiwi managers.

So thanks again, I really appreciate you guys welcoming me into your community. I feel like I'm half-Kiwi now! I'll still be lurking around your forums occasionally though, don't worry ;-)

6 seasons! Wow it only feels like yesterday I was making wild accusations towards you about how an American is not better than a NZer as our NT manager :p

Well done mate, you really have etched yourself in NZ BB history and I'm sure i speak for everyone when i say we can't thank you enough for the path you've put us on as a nation :)

Good luck with your team and your future endeavors, you're definitely half a kiwi in my eyes, and the good half at that :p

is a shame that Del Smith didn't have the chance to play for the national team under your command >.<

Thanks for the 6 seasons Nam, you did a stella job and taught us all a lot about the game. I'm sure we will see the occisional post from you in the future :)

thanks for all the work you've put in to improving the NZ NT and lots of other team :) hopefully you can continue to help BBNZ and maybe even come back and coach again in a few seasons haha ;)
