I would sell number 1 and train 2 and 3. If you are training guards 6 5 is too tall. Awful JS and pitiful JR will take too long to fix.

I think star potential is sufficient for div5 trainees, but would still sell or fire them. Their starting stats are too low, and I'm sure you could find some better trainees on the transfer list for a few thousand each.
