Does it affect the performance? and how to get a pop on this? Nearly all of my players are still lack of experience though they play more than 48 mins per weeks

Yes.

There have been very few reported experience pops, even for players on the NT. Some draft picks appear simply to be assigned higher experience, and there are players in their 20s whose experience is still atrocious.

It might be that experience might be something that is more like "basketball sense" and is not something that can be improved by merely playing or practicing a lot.

It has been implied that playing in close or important games may be helpful.

maybe just a guess but i think that the starters coul improve their experience faster

i had this 18y center and played starter C every game for 2 seasons . now has inept. another guy who played constantly but no starter is still atrocious


What level did you 18 yo center start at? A lot of new players aren't starting with atrocoius experience.
