Inside Defence, Inside Shot and Rebounding are the most important.
Shot Blocking, Free Throw and Passing are second most important in my opinion.
Jump Shot and Handling are third most important in my opinion.
Jump Range, Driving and Outside Defence are the least important in my opinion.

And Stamina too. It doesn't mean that you have to get a player with good stamina. But you certainly don't want one with atrocious stamina (unless the starting skills are absolutely brilliant). But preferrably one with stamina higher than awful would be better.

1. inside shot, inside defense, rebounding
2. shot blocking
3. handling, passing

Also, as better potential as possible and as taller as possible.

Aren't you getting too far? Outside defense?

Man, get a tall guy Star-All Star-Fran-player potential, inside shoot, rebound and interior defense, not been really bad in secondary skills and it is enough.
