I apologise in advance if this has been reported earlier.....

I set Inside Isolation as my teams offense and also ticked the box to make that the standard setup prior to my teams last game. But instead of Inside Isolation being the offense used by my team, base offense was used.

Now I just went to the next couple of games to set tactics and found that base offense seems to be the offense being used for my team, even though I had set Inside Isolation as the standard offense to be used.

In other words, when I select Inside Isolation as the offense, it reverts back to base offense for some strange reason.

Could one of the devs check this out please? I believe this issue cost my team it's last game and will continue to negatively affect my team until it's corrected.

or maybe you forget your tactics? you accidentally set base offense rather than inside isolation? beside why would you use an unproven offense as something you would run as a mainstay?

No it has happened too me about 3 times already, I cant remember if it was with inside iso but I know it was with one of the new tactics. I never use base offense so I know I didn't put that, and plus on the list Base Offense and Inside Isolation aren't next to each other, so I'm sure i didnt accidently press Base Offense.

I'm sorry mate, but maybe u didn't read my post properly. I explicitly stated that I had set my tactics and checked the box which marked it as the standard.

I used this offense as I recently made a new purchase and figured that this new offense would now better suit my team. I used to use motion but it hasn't been too effective for my squad.

As for using an unproven offense, well my team isn't doing too well so far this season, so I wanted to try something new which could work much better for my team. It'd also suprise the opposition if they've studied my teams tactical history.

Thanks for the reply Mr Jinglefarts, it's good to know that it's not just myself experiencing this issue.

I have the same issue since three games. It automatically resets to Base offense, when I choose the new offensive tactics, while switching to Man to Man when I try to use the defensive tactics.

Try and see if the defensive tactics work for you. Set your lineup, choose one of the new defensive tactics and then save your lineups. Then go again to set your lineup and see if the new tactics still are valid for next game.

For me it switches always to Base Offense and Man to Man. They had at one point announced this issue was being handled and shouldn't reappear, but for me it was never resolved.

Also check the bugs forum, there is a thread for that.

It owuld be great if someone could respond to this issue, since three days no one reacts on the posts in the bugs forum about this issue.

yeah, why dont you manually set the tactic for each game.

Well in my teams most recent game, having set the tactics for the individual game without checking the standard tactics box seemed to work.

Gonna be a bugger if it comes down to that but at least it seems there's a way around this issue.
