When do they stop training effectively? My star trainee (Mauro Pan Bajo) has an estimated salary of a bit over $50,000 right now so I'm wondering if I should sell him because he's hit the cap for his potential pretty much.

I know he's a good player, but how much longer will he be worth training? I can move him to the starting PF spot once he caps so he'll still have a spot on the team if I can continue to afford it.

I have 2 others this season, although I could get another if I wanted too. However, unless I get some new info I think I'm going to train him normally this season then either sell him or put him at starting PF (which would get him training for rebounding) next season.

I had to cap my perennial all-star center at $50k {this was a few seasons ago, before the reduced salaries} while I was at Div. IV because I just couldn't afford to train him any more than that. You'll find him to be more than satisfactory at that level and a decent player for the next level up [in my modest estimation].
