By guard oriented do you mean you're playing a 3rd guard at SF or just that you want to run the offense through your two guards? In either case, you should want an outside-oriented offense (R&G, Motion,...). If you have a big offensive weapon, it may be a good opportunity to try the new "outside isolation" offense.
As for defense, it really depends on your players' defensive skills and on your opponents. 3-2 zone tends to put more pressure on the perimeter, generate some turnovers, etc, but that's very general and vague.
