Is there something wrong with arena expansions ??? over the last 5 days i got the same message with approximately 3 days left... i know that sometimes it takes longer than usual, but 5 days and no improvement??? plz help!!

You're unlucky, yes, but I doubt this is a bug. My arena has been proceeding roughly as scheduled, so they're still updating. This seems like a case of extreme bad luck.
