Here's the thing; is it better to have 35 minutes of single position training or 48+ of two position training? I think the 35 from one position should be better, however, anyone done any testing?
It's awfully hard to test, but I'd suggest the 2-position, just because you
know the player got 48mins.
If you were training IS or OD, you could simply switch to RB or JS, sleep well and try your luck again next week.
