what does a good C skillset should be?
handling and passing necessary?
I just bought this 21 years old superstar and planning to train him until 25 or 26 or so.

I'll group the skills in tiers

1. IS, ID, Rebounds
2. SB, PA, JS
3. DV, HA, OD
4. JR

IS, ID and Rebounding are absolutely necessary. SB, Passing and JS give your C more versatility and while not absolutely necessary are still quite beneficial. Driving, Handling and Outside Defense are nice to have, and Jump Range is almost useless for a C.

can we see this 21yos skills? starting training at 21yo is usually not the best idea unless the player is already quite developed.

This is his skillset, I'm currently training PF/C for rebounding with a superior trainer (career extension specialist).
What kind of a training schedule would you say should work?

OK, this guy is definitely still worth training. His inside skills are already quite good, but his outside skills are pretty weak. Who are you training with him?

My idea would be to train one season of Rebounds and Driving for Forwards until he reaches about wondrous RB and respectable Driving. Then one season of training Passing on the PG spot if you can afford to do so, and afterwards you can finish him off on his inside skills. Some FT training won't hurt either, and his stamina should not drop further, so train tose in weeks with only two games. The final version would look somewhat like this:

JS: 7 JR: 1
OD: 1 HA: 6
DV: 7 PA: 7
IS: 16 ID: 17
RB: 15 SB: 5
ST: 5 FT: 7
EXP: 6

OK, those other two guys are better balanced.

Your guys all lack ID and Rebounding to be really competitive. work on those two for the rest of the season. Try to get a younger SF who needs JS, and train 1on1 and JS for Forwards next season

1on1 for Forwards trains JS, IS, DV and Handling at a quite good clip. Increasing your players' handling will mean less turnovers, while the Driving means they'll find an easier way to the rim - so you'll get more out of their offensive skillsets.

You don't need a SF prospect to train driving. The Bulgarian you posted could turn into a hell of a PF with some 1v1 after you get his primary skills up.

In addition to FT, they'll all need stamina training at some point, which will make them perform better with the same skills at no cost to you. You can pepper in stamina and FT during the all-star week if you're out of your country's tournament, and at the end of the season once you're eliminated from the playoffs.

Big men without at least 4 on passing doesnt worth anything for me. The good thing here is that PA training is not dependable on height. PA/JS for me are the most important 2ndaries for the big men. SB for me worthless. Just extra salary...

Now if you manage to buy C's with some decent OD, it will helps you to defend the outside oriented teams, and avoid to get in to foul troubles...

I've yet to see any proof that defense skill (inside or outside) has anything to do with whether or not a player gets in foul trouble. Care to enlighten me?

My player: (26109918), go on season 12 that he was playing as a PF, with 1 on OD. His foul rate was 1 foul every 7,15 min, and against teams that they where running outside tactics with good JS at PF, that number was even worse.

On the 13 season the same player playing this time as a C, 1 foul every 9,25 min. Same rate for the 14 season, 9,03 for this. For me its a huge improvement. My PF with good OD, doesnt have any foul troubles at all, except some occasional game, but thats expected.
