First of all, great to see some managers willing to help out the new managers, but my friend you're certainly underestimating the complexity of BB.
I strongly believe that I have a greater understanding of BuzzerBeater than many more experienced managers.
You've only played BB for less than a month. BB is not a simple child game that could be understood within a few weeks.
I have taken a few risks that have skyrocketed my team to a 6-0 record winning by an insermountable 36 points per game.
That is because many of the teams in your league are bots...
Anyway, I'm greatful for your enthusiasm in trying to help new managers, but I really don't think you're at a position to be a mentor, but instead, you're at a position to be a mentee. It takes sometime to really understand BB and in your case, you have just started to understand tiny bit of it. Just spend a season or two, playing around with this game, asking questions on the help forum AND reading them (it really widens your knowledge) etc. Within 2 seasons time, you'll be in a position to be a mentor. Good luck!!!
