"The arena income was examined for all teams in the game. In order to ensure that our adjustments were fair to everyone, we have adjusted all recent arena revenue in a way that will not take money away from any one team. Specifically, we looked at the two home games played by all teams and adjusted the revenue so that all teams received the higher of their own revenue and their league's average revenue from each team in that league's two home games. This adjustment shows up on your Economy page as a “GM-issued Fine”. Please note, the amount shows up as a credit, and you were not fined."
