May I know which is the country time zone used for BB server time?

I know it is EST mentioned in game manual, arena.

But I found a different time which is used for EST between US and AUS.

EST Eastern Standard Time Australia UTC + 10 hours
EST Eastern Standard Time North America UTC - 5 hours

Anyone know which country is it?
