So, what's your method of training? Do you train 2 or 3 players or up to 5 or 6? I usually train 2 or 3, but this week , i'm training at least 4 or 5, none of the players are over 19 that i'm training. I'm just trying to see what number is the best to train.

I've heart that you should only have 2 or 3 trainees that you should train, so what do you guys do and what works for you?

It depends. Teams in lower division can train 4 or 5 players a week, because it helps the team improve faster. However, 1 position training is more effective, so later on down the road it may be better to focus on 3 trainees for 1-position training mostly

1 Position Training 3 players and 2 position training 5 players to keep that 6th spot open in case of a foul out or injury.

I do one position training, thus 3 trainees. But for you, two position training sounds good. Don't just train random players, train specific players. In your case, you should look to find 5-6 players who're young can be potential players for your team in future.

Yeah, i mainly do 1 or 2 position, like pg/sg or c/pf or just c. I mainly just train 18-19 year olds with at least allstar potential.

I want to train C and PF.

I have bought 3 C and 3 PF. How do I get them to play 48 minutes each?

I tried to get my 3rd C to play the full 48 minutes in a scrimmage game. He fouled out after 25 minutes.

Is it a case of trying to balance the minutes and hope for the best? For example C1 and C2 play in game 1, C1 and C3 play in game 2 and whoever needs the minutes plays in the scrimmage game?

Well, sometimes its unavoidable when players foul out i suppose. But let me just say this, a good idea especially for scrimmages is, whomever you're training put your tactic to strickly follow the depth chart, say for examply you're training center.

Put the center you're training as your only center meaning, put him as the starter, backup and even the 3rd stringer. That's what i did with two of my players, and both of those players got 48 minutes tonight, you can check my game for tonight's cup game to see. I advise you to do this only in scrimages though and not league games.

Meaning only put your center or power forward that you are training as your starter, back up and third stringer. That's how i train players in scrimages. I've had players that fouled out to before they got their minutes. Maybe some other people have other ways that they train players that can help you out.

There is always the risk of players fouling out if u try and play them 48 minutes a game. Hopefully this improves by training ID but there is also the chance that the player is aggressive and more foul prone. You also need to use Strictly follow Depth Chart, Let them play for foul trouble, have the player as starter, backup and reserve and make sure you don't have any spare players on your bench. So u would usually have 8 players a game (PG, SG, SF and their backups, plus your trainee PF and C).

or if u really care about your season and there is a huge drop off from a to b to c u should probably go with

game 1
a start b backup
game 2
b start a backup
game 3
c start c backup

no reason not to strut out ur best lineup
