That guy seems like a future beast, you should focus on him. Ask the Australian U-21 manager if you want what he specifically wants. But I would start training his big man skills, since his secondary skills are already good enough. Just keep they training and skills balanced and don't forget to get a pop or two in shot blocking. And focus your training on that guy. He's awesome.

Check the Suggestions they are important

Wow what a great trainee. Just keep training his IS/ID/RB and maybe stamina during the break.

I am one of the Australian U21 assistants and I have just sent my boss a message about this guy. He is strictly amazing and probably one of the top 3 18 year olds in Australia. We would be very keen to discuss how you are training and offer any help or advice needed. We would love to help you to make him one of the best players for his age in the entire world!

Like I said in chat.. As I am also an assistant.. Boo Yoda.. He'll be a great PF. Just focus on some primaries now and his secondaries like JS, JR and PA we can work on when he's 20/21.

Primaries would almost guarantee a spot when he's 20. Secondaries can be worked on at a later date. The flip side is if you train secondaries he won't be U21 ready till he's 21.

Its up to you.
