Hello, my arena will be upgraded soon http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/178071/arena.aspx

And will have 18000 bleachers and 3500 low tiers. I adjusted prices and wondering is it worth upgrading PR manager from basic to better level?

I don't think you're gonna fill up 18000 bleachers and 3500 lower tiers at DV. You probably should upgrade then so you might get more seats filled.

Make that he won't have to build any bleachers or lower tier ever again unless the arena cap increases.

Unfortunately Arena prices will update only in next month so I will reduce only then. I saved money for a long time and didn't played this game because of work. Now I am unemployed and started to play. It cost 4.7 mil and took 90-100 days ~~ to built. At first the idea was to make huge arena and generate more money so one day I would start a team with lots of millions in reserve :)

At that time I thought 5 million is very little and everyone who tries hard can generate such money in couple weeks after a year of playing. Too bad that I will never fill whole arena, however I will just set the lowest prices and never care about it anymore. Will concentrate only in team development :)

The bright side is that you don't need to invest in your arena for a long time, and can instead use money to get better players. You can promote to the next division easily.
