since no danes have answered me, I will ask here, how do I make a trainingmatch? when peps challenge me I get no cash for spectators

no cash in training matches.

You cant challenge teams which still in the cup or have booked a training match already.
You cannot challenge teams to a scrimmage between 12:00 Wed. and 22:00 Fri., server time.

correct, and to add:

to do so: go to the team's overview page, and look at the bottom of it. There you can chalange him.
