I know i saw a thread about this awhile ago but didnt read it...my brother now wants to start a team on the same computer...i read the game manual or whatever and it said that is not possible but is there someone i can send mail to and ask about it???

Scroll down to find the GMs from your country. In this case, it's a choice between chihorn (23228), Jelme (23174), and Swampdonkey (28369).

The rule is one user, one team. There is thus no problem with your brother playing from the same computer. However, you must never have any transfers between your team and your brother's team.
