Aside from salary, what difference does it make in hiring a level 3 vs. a level 4 PR Manager? Also, what benefit does the PR manager bring to the team when the PR manager has a specialty of "Crowd involvement" vs. "National Appeal"?

Thanks in advance.

I recommend for a DV team, sticking with a basic PR manager with your choice of specialty.

Agreed with Mr Master. Unless your Arena is gargantuan for a D.V league or for some odd reason you pump the prices to max, you're going to sell out your seats regardless. A PR Manager for most D.V teams is a misuse of funds.

PR specialty is unaffected by staff levels. All staff members with a specialty including trainers, doctors, etc. have the same specialty effect, so getting a basic is as good as advanced as far as that is concerned. The staff levels are only relevant to other calculations.

What type of other calculations are we talking about?

It it's a doctor, things like the length of the injury could vary depending on the lvl of the doctor. Higher the lvl, shorter the injury period.
If it's a trainer, the rating of training will vary depending on the lvl of trainer. Higher the lvl, quicker the training.
If it's a PR manager, perhaps the attendence could vary depending on the lvl of PR manager. Higher the lvl, more attendence, thus more income (although I personally don't think there is much of a difference between PR managers).
